Sandra Gilbert

Sandra Gilbert, 82, passed away on January 15, 2020 in Titusville, Florida.  Sandra was born on July 25, 1936 to the late Horace and Merle Stone in Lynn, Massachusetts.  Sandra and her husband William enjoyed being snowbirds that enjoyed their winters in Florida.  She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by all those that knew her.Sandy to her friends; was a voracious reader, loved combing the boutique for those pretty things she loved. Sandy made her home and raised her family in Saugus, MA. always willing to do things just a little different, in the 70’s she made her own granola, had the whole family try transcendental meditation and made her son’s listen to Jesus Christ Superstar on Easter as a way to bring faith into our lives.Sandy loved dogs; always having a pet throughout her life, from the Gilbert family’s first dog (Triever)the golden retriever to (Nelson) the Sheep dog to the current Yorke Baby & Chihuahua Mia today.

Sandra Gilbert is survived by her husband of 64 years, William Gilbert; Son, Scott Gilbert (Stephanie Ramano) of Sauqus, MA; Son, Michael Gilbert (Hilary Gilbert) of Nashua NH; Brother Paul Stone; Grandchildren, Scott Gilbert, David Gilbert, Danielle Tosto; Great Grandson Harrison Romine.  Sandra is predeceased by her son, John Gilbert.
