Rodney Lanier Shadix

Rodney Lanier Shadix, 63, passed away at home on January 18, 2020.  Rodney was born to the late Lanier and Elizabeth Shadix in Winter Park, Florida on June 8 1956.  Rodney was an electrician and worked in the construction industry for many years.  He loved being around his family and those he held dear to his heart.  He also enjoyed fishing and playing golf.

Rodney Lanier Shadix is survived by his sister Lanette Chapman; Nephews, Douglas Waters and Scott  Waters; Niece, Kristine Mifflin; Fiancée’ Robin Edwards; Stepson, John Hestle, Stepdaughter, Jennifer  McMenamin; Stepson, George Edwards; 6 grandchildren; His life-long friend, Roger Decker.
