Mabelle Poole,60, died Wednesday, July 11, at her home in Titusville. Mabelle was born in Thomasville, GA, but was a Titusville resident for most of her life. She worked at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for 41 years. Mabelle loved renaissance fairs, hanging out with her friends, reading and shopping, especially for her nieces and nephews. She was also very active in feral cat rescue and was a lover of animals.
Mabelle is survived by her brother Henry Thomas Poole III (wife Joke) of Warner Robbins, GA, sister Rosemary Poole Baker (husband Donald), of Sorrento, FL, sister-in-law Merrilu Poole of Mims, FL, and also by nieces and nephews Robert Glen Poole (wife Rona), Monique Poole, John Joseph Poole Jr., Tamantha Marie McInnis (husband Edward), Kelli Femiak (husband Aaron), Jeffrey Baker, Maureen Baker (Ron), Padraic Baker (wife Elyse), Angela Massey (husband Phil), along with 12 grand nieces and nephews. Mabelle was preceded in death by her father Henry Thomas Poole Jr, mother Mary Elizabeth Brennan Poole, and brother John Joseph Poole Sr.
A visitation will be from 2 to 3pm Friday, July 20, at the North Brevard Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Mabelle's life at 3pm.
