John Seaman

John Robert Seaman, 76, died Monday May 10th 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. John was born in Montevideo, Minnesota to John and Helen (Krause) Seaman. He came to Brevard County as a teenager and lived here the rest of his life. John served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  Following Vietnam, he was stationed in Athens, Greece where he met and married his wife of 56 years, Niki.  After his service he worked as an History Educator at Parkway Middle School and Titusville High School. John then worked at Kennedy Space Center as a Supervisor in Engineering in the Foreign Object Debris program. He retired from the United Space Alliance. John had an immense love for nature and was an avid fisherman and hunter, but more than anything he loved and was devoted to his family.

John is survived by his wife Niki of Titusville, his son Nick Seaman of Titusville, his daughters Corenna Smith and her husband Jay of Parkland, FL and Tanya Welk and her husband Dana of St. Petersburg, his seven grandchildren, Indigo, Nikoloas, Sebastian, Haley, Elias, Evangelina, and Loukas, and his brothers Richard of Oklahoma and Don of Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Frank.
