Betty J. Kelley 70 of Titusville passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019. She was born to the late Clyde Justice and Maggie Bates in Walhalla, SC. She was a tool control programmer.

Betty is survived by her husband Terry Kelley, daughter Kristie Neal, sons Harold Hooper and Jerry Neal, brother David Bates, sisters Joyce Bates, Linda Baker (David), Nancy Bates.
